KIDS Age 8-11

Teens classes will focus on developing critical thinking and empathy. Sample topics include:

  • Perspective Taking

  • Empathetic Communication

  • Field Games and Treasure Hunt

TEENS Age 12-17

Kids classes will focus on planting seeds for kindness. Sample topics include:

  • Gratitude & Kindness

  • Self-awareness

  • Mindfulness in Action

  • Field Games and Treasure Hunt
