Our camp is not only a learning journey for children — it is also an opportunity for adults to grow alongside them.
We warmly invite parents and adults to join us as volunteers and become part of this meaningful experience. By supporting the camp, you help create a nurturing environment where our campers can learn, reflect, and thrive.
Parent & Adult Volunteers
Ways to serve
Parent and adult volunteers may support camp with:
Camp site set-up and logistics
Inventory and materials management
Meal preparation and kitchen support
Clean-up and maintaining shared spaces
Multimedia A/V and photography
Learn & grow
Apart from volunteering, parents and adults will have time to learn and bond:
Classes led by monastics (in Mandarin with English translations)
Connect and bond with other parents and adults
Cultivate mindful parent-child relationships
Personal reflection and growth
Parent Conduct & Guidelines
To help create a safe, supportive, and harmonious camp environment, we kindly ask all parent and adult volunteers to observe the following:
Lead by example — Model mindfulness, respect, and positive conduct for all campers.
Separate accommodations — Parents will stay in a designated adult dorm, separate from camper’s cabins.
Trust the process — Campers will remain fully under the care and supervision of camp counselors and staff.
Respect boundaries — Please follow cabin guidelines and maintain appropriate boundaries with campers and counselors.
Your cooperation helps foster independence in the children and supports a structured, nurturing camp experience for everyone.
Suggested Donation
Whilst our camp is free for all volunteers, a suggested donation of $300 is kindly requested to help cover accommodation and basic costs, and to support the overall camp program.
