Join us for Mindful Meditation led by Ven. Alick — guided meditations and reflections on cultivating mindfulness in daily life.

Schedule
10:00-10:30am arrival and settle-in
10:30-12:30pm guided meditation
12:30-1:30pm lunch
1:30-3:30 open discussion (optional)



*Please arrive latest by 10:15am, guided meditation will start promptly at 10:30am.
*Vegetarian lunch will be provided – lunch fee $10
*Please wear plain, comfortable clothing for meditation.
*Optional – bring a plain blanket or towel to cover your legs during meditation
